舒适安全的住所 Positive: 地理位置优越，到景点步行可达，门口有多条公交线路和地铁可到达各处。房间设施厨房设施以及洗衣设备齐全功能完好，有空调，卫生很好。房间很漂亮，房东提供了免费咖啡茶以及洗浴用品。床很大很舒适。周边安全，整栋楼住客很安静。旁边有7-11便利店。房东提供了清晰的入住和离店指南。入住和退房手续简单。服务团队很友好，入住前沟通出现了一些问题，客服都及时回复并解决。 Negative: 由于是在booking平台预订的住房，店家发送的入住链接和退房链接都被拦截移除，所以始终无法登录进行操作，同时我提供的邮箱最初也无法收到店家发送的邮件，致使反复沟通尝试并在booking客服的帮助下直至入住前一天才收到链接并办理了checkin。但不知为何在手机操作中最后一步仍然无法完成，最后酒店经理免除了该操作才使我顺利入住。在此我建议能否提供一个在现场进行操作的机器，以便如我这种情况的客户有另一种选择。

Positive: Very clean and tidy with good kitchen facilities, and old city location Negative: Got on the internet eventually. The host would improve access to the internet and state that the password is capital letters. Could do with a table lamp in the bedrrom and one or two more lamps in the lounge

The hosts for this property are exceptional and so helpful, they made our stay very welcoming. Positive: The location of this property is fantastic. Walking distance to mostly everything you need or want to visit, a short taxi ride to The Linc. Negative: The property is close to a main road which for some might be an issue, we did not mind this.
