It was a nice place to end our trip after staying in hotels. This was more homely and helped us ease gradually back into Positive: Roomy, spacious apartment with bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchen and walkway. Comes with cooking utensils, washer-dryer, dishwasher, etc. central location to access Philly attractions. Negative: Bit pricey and requires security deposit/one-off payment. An 11 am or 12 noon checkout would have been better but I guess the 10 am is common to Philly area.

Spacious home base in the Old City for longer stays Positive: Great property, lovely (and lively location), responsive host, easy access to the property, spacious, good transportation around the place. Couldn't have asked for a better spot to land. Negative: I value service more so than perfection – when we arrived, the property needed some additional cleaning, we informed the host and they were responsive and did a great job to get it into top shape. TV service was spotty, unsure why but it would occasionally go out.

The host was helpful and we liked the decor and furnishings. And the bed was incredibly luxurious and comfortable. Old City is hip and vibrant.
