Very Comfortable Stay in Central Philly
Positive: Very comfortable apartment centrally located. Clean, comfortable, great view of downtown. The neighborhood might look rougher than it is to folks from out-of-town. It's not only safe, it's basically right next to three of the coolest concert venues (PhilaMOCA, Underground Arts, Union Transfer) in town and a short walk to all the hipness in Northern Liberties and Fishtown, not to mention only blocks from Chinatown and a few blocks from the subway. Bed was very cozy. The building itself is a little buzzy but the apartment was dead quiet.
Negative: No real complaints. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but manageable.
